I have been an AERC Va. Trail Advocate
Committee Member for a # of years and probably from its inception. I have
seen this Committee grow and expand over the years to what is now a functioning
and benefical, as well as an all important part of Trail preservation and
dissemenation of information. To be honest, it has outgrown me and my
ability to attend state meetings and conduct a statewide means by which to
spread the information to the AERC Members thruout the state. Plus, my
Father lays in a nursing home in Savannah, Ga., and my visits there are a long
way from home.
I would like to nominate someone to take this
position. I have asked a few people and the reasons for not accepting this
position is time. It does take time, but mostly i think it takes someone
with the computer skills i lack to be Virginias State Trails Advocate.
Trail is the most important part of Trail
Riding.
