If you are depending an electric trailer brake with the small shoes they have to stop anything then your heading for problems.The vehicle needs to be sufficient to handle what it is being asked to tow. I dare say at a ride camp these days about 1/2 if not more truck/trailer combinations is beyond the specs of the trucks design.
