RE: [RC] Sheepskin seat saver recommendations? - grannynhorsesI ride the same saddle, and I use a full western merino REAL sheepskin cover. It fits perfectly and I love it. I only use the full cover because I hate folds, lumps & bumps. Also, it's easier to fasten to the saddle. My only regret is I can't see my beautiful Specialized saddle that's working so well for me & my mule. Griffins tack has them for about $160.00, I think. ---- Original Message ---- From: coriopaxi@xxxxxxxxxxx To: ridecamp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: RE: [RC] Sheepskin seat saver recommendations? Date: Thu, 3 Dec 2009 08:45:20 -0800Hey all, I'm going to ask my SO to get me sheepskin seat saver forChristmas. I was looking for recommendations (reassurance really) of one that will fit a specialized trailmaster with a cheyenne roll. Also, should I go with just a seat cover, a seat-and-jockeys model,or the full "Lady Godiva" style? :) Pros and cons of each?Is it OK to get a color, or will I just be bleeding hunter greeninto my breeches? Thanks!
