Looking at Enneagrams, I'd name him Six. From http://www.enneagraminstitute.com/TypeSix.asp (only the positive part!): Sixes are reliable, hard-working, responsible, and trustworthy. At their Best: internally stable and self-reliant, courageously championing themselves and others.

I know nothing about enneagrams, just found this Googling.
