Too bad you're looking for a gelding. I have a mare whose siblings and cousins 
have done well with endurance, and that was my plan for her. Things change, 
haven't found people to ride and travel with, & no one I know wants to work 
that hard to help crew and condition.  Someday, perhaps.

Have you started browsing the Endurance.net classifieds? 
That's the best source but it is nationwide. I am also 5'11... I am looking 
for a
horse who could do 50 miles to Multi-days and maybe even 100
miles later in the future when the two of us are ready!  I
feel that I am ready to go far in this sport and have it
demand my minutes of the day.  The horse that I am looking
for is a gelding who is at least 7 years old or older, but
no older than 10.


So please if you can....let me know if any horses come

to mind. Looking forwards from hearing from someone.
