[RC] Help me remember - Born Country

A few months back, there was a warning about a cowboy that was, er, shall we 
say, an undesirable on a ranch?  Can't remember, but he had a handle-bar 
mustache and if I remember, ruined some horses, stole some others and has a 
really seedy reputation.  Can anyone jog my memory?  Thanks!
