I love fall because here in NM the colors are fantastic. The light in the
early evening is golden, and once snow appears on the mountains, the light over
the snow sends a glow over the entire range, which I can see from our house.
Riding weather is great, and soon the aspen leaves will offer an
added beauty.
It's also a good time to look at all the indoor jobs that I have put off
all summer in favor of riding ;-) There's a sense of satisfaction in repairing
tack, recycling clothing and that sort of thing.
