We've been stopped in Texas, Arkansas, & Kentucky. When you think about it, odds of passing infection between horses in trailers moving down the highways is what??? Odds of passing infection at shows, organized rides or even casual horse camping areas is much much higher. It only makes sense that horse/papers inspections should take place at the venues,not randomly along the road. Not saying THAT happens as it should either... But I wouldn't be upset about not beung stopped randomly along the road. Nancy Mitts
