Re: [RC] health certificates/Coggins - vccfarmsLast year I drove from So Cal to Virginia and never showed our papers until I got to the stables in Virginia. In fact I never had a coggins or Heath cert while in California and I trailersed many thousands of miles. Here, where there are a lot less horses I need a yearly coggins.

California, Arizona, Idaho, Florida and Montana are the only states that have bothered to look at Health Certs and Coggins in our travels. Yes, it is a little disturbing but then we also tend to avoid areas where USDA has current quarantines too.
