Just to clarify...I don't want more rules, I just want people to care  
enough about themselves and their loved ones to wear helmets, quit  
smoking, etc.  We ALL fall short on something, but some things are so  
obvious and so preventable that it seems almost willful & spiteful not  
to do them.  It also shows a total lack of respect for yourself as a  
person.  The consequences of both of those things affect lots of other  
people every day, not just the person who makes the bad choice. Cindy
