Well I don't know what else you have in your van but snakes like to either
be under something or cuddled up to something.  So keep looking in (or
under) your bed or in secluded corners or cupboards.  Of course it may have
hightailed it outta there by now.  Sorry not to be more help.  You might
try putting out a pan of water and you  might just find it in the pan.
