So I saw yesterday that the first to finish were eliminated - but I supposed it was lameness.
 
Cyrek and DB Air Alamahn eliminated at the finish, failure to meet pulse recovery
 
Did they have the full 60 minutes to meet criteria and couldn't? Was was criteria?

It does look unusual, especially on someone really racing, not just out for a finish, but helmets are still optional. I won't get on a horse, even to check stirrup length, without one.
