[RC] video from Big South Fork - rides2far@xxxxxxxxhttp://www.my-endurance.net If you'll click onto the home page of http://my-endurance.net I've put up a little video you can listen to and one snapshot you can *see* of Nancy Sluys entertaining us at Big South Fork as all of us wannabes waited for the ones who did a *REAL* endurance ride to come in. I take my hat off to the 5 who finished and those who attempted that 100. The trail was kick butt but they stuck it out. It's hard when there's hardly anybody out there and you spend that much time alone. I ended up doing a large portion of my 50 alone and boy does it make a difference...can't imagine going out there in the dark on a trail that tough, hoping you don't get lost and being all alone. Those of us in camp did what we could, built a fire, cheered them on and Nancy & Co. played *great* music! There were a million stars in the sky, great weekend. 7 and I finished his 8th 50 with no pulls. I was impressed until Cindy Bell mentioned at the awards that her horse is 7 for 7 on 100's!
