The pain starts about 6 inches down my spine and radiates up the right side of my neck. I cannot turn my head without nearly passing out from the pain. Any suggestions on how I can relieve this? Have you done anything to your neck, like maybe fall or get hit or anything in the last month or so? Seems to me if the pain is that bad you should be seeing a doctor. If the doctor doesn't find anything wrong with your spine (like a cracked vertebra, ruptured disk, etc) I'd recommend the services of a well-trained, experienced therapeutic massage therapist (I had one resolve a hip issue that I'd had problems with for decades), plus hot/colt treatment if the therapist recommends it, and of course good old Vitamin I (ibuprofen). Plus, as always, tons of probiotics, particularly acidophilus, since stress kills off beneficial gut bacteria. Maybe some topical arnica or homeopathic arnica, too. It really depends on what the cause is. _____________________________________ Lif C.
