I had a 5 y.o. TWH gelding that was VERY receptive/susceptible
to all tranqs. My vet had to use the lightest dose possible or he would
just lay down. Have not had any trouble with any other horses this vet has
tranq'd for me. Funny, cause I react to meds the same way......only need
one aspirin or the lightest dose of sedative or I'm zonked. (I'm also a cheap
drunk....two drinks and I'm just about out)
