campsites and rules are cast in stone. You can not sell product from
the campground and you can not sell product in the stable area and you
can only be over at the venue on the 13th , you can not
sleep at venue on 13th except for in the campground and come
race day, 14th ,there will no ability to move to the display
area. "
So, if anyone needs anything for the event,
get them in advance. None of us (Taylored Tack, Running Bear, etc.) are
probably not going to be able to attend unless we are willing to: pay
$200 to set up the night before and get a hotel room.
IMO, very unwise of the KHP.
