to the 50-mile endurance ride (Sunday, Sept. 6), NATRC is sharing our
base camp. If you have a new horse and do not want to do a 50 or just
want to ride two days, you can do one day (Saturday) with the NATRC
folks and Sunday with AERC. For NATRC, you can do what is called
"distance only" which means you can get credit for mileage
but do not have to go through the NATRC judging. The only thing you
have to do is ride at the NATRC pace, which is about 5 mph for the
