It was our 1st 100 and we loved every second of it.

We did our 1st 75 in VT last year and loved it so so much we decided  
to do our first 100 here in VT, despite a lot of people telling us  
that we should not do VT as our and our horses 1st 100, the trails are  
too tough they said and it's true, they aren't easy but so gorgeous!
We did not change our mind and we did it!

My only concerns for our next 100s is that we've been spoiled with the  
runners and the chreers from everyone on trails, and we'll be missing  
it.

The landowners are amazing, so much water tubs, hozes and smiling faces!

A woman apologized for her daugthers being late cause they were  
supposed to make smores for the riders and runners!!! They ONLY had  
water for the horses and riders! Offered to refill our water packs,  
how often do you see this??? Truly unbelievable :-)

If we have to do one 100 miles ride a year, Vermont Moonlight is the  
one to be at! And we will be!

Thanks to all the managers, the vets, the volunters.

Thanks to Jen, all the riders we had the pleasure to share the trails  
with.
Oh and our wonderful horses Mona Tika and snickers and the best crew  
ever: Pam, John and CJ!
