Re: [RC] Log book -- What do you record? - rides2far@xxxxxxxx>>>I do not record any data on conditioning rides. I am more minimalist. On kitchen calender, I'll write 7 & Cade at Bekki's 1 1/2 (hr) fast or "7 & Cade Pigeon to Hood's" If it's during the off season and I'm hoping for 2 shorter rides & a long one on the weekend those are two common workouts. That top one is a 7 mile good footing constant workout and the 2nd is a slower 20 miler. All I'm looking to see on that calender is whether I'm lying when I tell people I ride 3 times a week. 3 times is a best case scenario. Once competitions start every month I may not do that much. Right now all kinds of crap is keeping me from doing much at all. If I did spreadsheets & such I'd never get any miles in! I saw a bumpersticker on a car Sunday that I WANT! (but couldn't put on a teacher's car) It said, SCREW IT LETS RIDE Angie ____________________________________________________________ Click to learn about options trading and get the latest information. http://thirdpartyoffers.juno.com/TGL2141/fc/PnY6rw2SBFzlVeXNJDeSe9znOax4gBNwe4hUGzxOs0sIIT9l58Aow/ =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
