The
time factor is essentially the same. You have 1 hour and 12 mins to do each 5
miles on a 25 for a total of 6 hours. For 30 miles, you have 1 hour and
12.5 mins to do each 5 miles, for a total of 7 hours, 15
mins.
Q: in an LD (specifically in a 25..in 30's the time factor is not so much of
an issue due to the extra 1hr 15 mins you have to finish the ride),
