iirc, RRF is a universal symbol for communicating to anyone who ticks you off.
It doesn't really have much impact anymore, being grossly over-used. My 14 year old says it is much more meaningful (to him, anyway), to stick his little finger up his nose and flick an imaginary booger at his object of 'affection'.
