My preference, when people make the mistake of accidentally sending something multiple times...for whatever reason, would be for them not to send an additional post apologizing for it/explaining it; thereby just adding even more to the traffic. Personally, I consider it safe to assume that all duplicate posts are unintentional and that there is no reason to add to the "too many posts" problem by adding another one. Am I the only one who feels this way, or can we safely say that it is absolutely okay for anybody who accidentally sends multiples of the same post to just leave it at that. And that "sorry for the dupe" posts should only be sent if the explanation for the dupe is some kind of contagious virus that people need to be warned about.
