[RC] OHV trust fund in CA - Cindy Collins - Kitley, Carrie E Civ USAF AFSPC 30 MDSS/SGSLF

I would be happy to pay $50 a year for the privilege to ride on
designated trails!  (why hasn't this been proposed at the govt level,
the only option is to close them?)  Would also be happy to volunteer for
trail maintenance . . . as long as I can work a fun ride into the
maintenance weekend.  ;)
