[RC] June 13 Old Dominion update - Mary HowellHello Ridecampers: The early entry discount for the June 13 Old Dominion Rides ends June 1. We are offering 25, 55 and of course the 100 mile distances at our great new basecamp, with the 55 & 100 rides serving as the AHA Region 15 Championship. Ride details and entry forms are online at www. olddominionrides. org and Cavalry division rules are posted for anyone brave enough to tackle the 100 miler without outside assistance. We have a spacious new vet check at Bird Haven that will serve as the 25's hold as well as the first and last hold for the 55s and 100s. This will make crewing logistically much simpler, with plenty of space for crew trucks. A large number of volunteers are needed to run this ride, so please e-mail Bonnie Snodgrass at chicamuxen@xxxxxxxxxxxx or me at countshiloh@xxxxxxxxx if you can help. Those finishing the 25 and 55 miles distances are invited to come back out to Bird Haven later in the day (it's just a short drive from basecamp) to help give our volunteers a break since this hold will be open for nearly 24 hours on June 13/14.
