Martha is correct. Phil had the most amazing little dog. I wish I could remember his name, but that little fellow went on all the conditioning rides. I can't vouch for the fact that he did the Nevada 100, but things were lax in the early days of Nevada rides so I imagine he did it. Was his name Snoopy? Martha, help me out! I remember him as more of a terrier cross.
