Fat chance of that passing here in CA.  From personal experience, I have
found that in CA, for some lame reason, the perps are often more
protected by the laws than the victims.  >-/  Don't get me started!

Ah, Truman, don't I wish! But this is good old California, where we
don't have a "shall issue" law, so depending on which county you reside
in, it can be practically impossible to get a CCW permit. The poor horse
owner would probably get cited if they even dared to carry a paint gun -
which would probably work pretty well if it hit them in in the faceplate
of the helmet. :)

Wonder if we can get that law passed here?
