This may have been posted before but I'm posting it again because AERC is a member of the American Horse Council. The message below is about the Unwanted Horse Coalition short survey to gather data on the problem of unwanted horses.

LAST CHANCE

The Unwanted Horse Coalition’s National survey to assess the magnitude of the problem of the unwanted horse will remain open until the end of January 2009. This is your members’ final chance to participate. Please pass this notice on to your members or post it on your website. We want to give everyone a chance to participate.

The Study on Contributing Factors Surrounding the Unwanted Horse Issue will be instrumental in filling factual gaps with actual data. We still need as many people as possible to fill-out the 15-20 minute online survey.

Again, the UHC is asking everyone with an interest in the welfare of horses to take this online survey at http://survey.ictgroup.com/uhcsurvey/.
