Assuming "Mexico to Canada" is from the Mexican border to British Columbia (approx 1500 miles), if they average 15 miles/day that's 100 days or just over three months. Now if they're planning on the border to Quebec or Ottowa, it will take them over 6 months! They better either start in Canada and ride to Mexico or leave Mexico in May to avoid the first snows of November.

They are planning a ride from Mexico to Canada in 2009. They will ride about 15 miles a day, with some days getting clear up to about 25 miles. Of course they cannot sustain such a mad pace, so they have days where they plan to cover 8 ( Eight!) miles in a whole day.
