You are most likely right.  But in that case, organizations that have  
these substances on the prohibited list need to also publish the  
threshold levels that occur with these therapeutic doses, below which  
no violation occurs.

Specific to AERC - don't we have some research money?  Couldn't the  
AERC fund a project to define at least the most common of these?
