The manager of the place said they have an absolute spaghetti bowl of trails over their 1200 acres that are maintained (they have their own dozer)...and the barn has big stalls with rubber mats, there's a civil war cabin, a covered bridge, a wedding chapel, 6 full service hookups,planning an indoor arena soon and he'd love for me to come ride there! :-)) This is just the sort of thing that it would take to have a 100 someday down there, which would be my dream. They are very anxious to hook up with our sport. He said they want people who clean up after themselves. I warned him the only damage we ever leave is from bogged vehicles because the ride goes on regardless. He said "we have a tractor".
