[RC] Corral Surface - k s swigart

DG (I have no idea what squeegee is, and there is no way that I would use 
roadbase as it is WAAAAAAYYYY too hard.).? 

DG is hard enough that it can easily fall into the "too hard" category.? If it 
gets that way, you can throw some sand in on top of it.
