I can never figure out why people ride without gloves. It's safety equipment, just like a helmet. I have a good girlfriend here in Cody who didn't wear gloves while dealing with an excited horse. BTW, it was a yacht rope lead. Two fingers on her hand were "de- gloved" ....no skin left, down to the bone and tendons. It was awful and is very dangerous for infection. Cindy
