Pat Fitzgerald who could get a horse through any ride no matter how tough. Lou Hollander, strategist and Les Carr of miles to still go. On the other side of the coin Doris Anderson, Jackie Grape to mother me to death and Maryben Stover for fun. Most readers will not recognize some of these names but they are the riders that made this sport what it is today.
