not the best idea
just a comment here - a few years back, I was happily jogging along
with my music in my ears... did not hear the rattler letting me know I was too
close until it struck- fortunately at THAT time I had tow good ankles and was
able to jump out of the way. I never jogged in the park again with phones. I DO
wear them whe I hike but not on trails like that and not when I jog - well I
don't jog - I look like Quasimodo now...
I know there are people out there that may ride with music (I know there
are joggers), but if you are listening to music you may not hear the horses
coming at you up the trail, the person yelling at you about a hazard, or
the bicycle riders, mmm or bear. My personal commentary is that we have
too much noise in our lives and just quiet is a good thing. Now with that
said I certainly have used music to get a rythym with my dressage/flat
work. The best was a metronome but nah you wouldn't want to listen to
that
on the trail LOLOL.
