I've never heard of that, but have heard that 'ceramic bead paint'  
works very well to reduce condensation.  I don't know if this is the  
best place to buy it for a horse trailer, but it does explain the  
concept:

If you ask around at the Horse Trailer World "Trailer Talk" forum,  
you'll find some folks who have used it.  They all seem happy.  I hope  
to do mine this year.
