Re: [RC] different trailer issue - Nancy SturmHow do I teach him it is okay to back out, that I would never let him fall into theabyss? And he backs well under other circumstances? I think I'd do what Pat Parelli calls the yo yo game and I always think of as the cha cha cha. I have Hunter step forward and backward for varying numbers of steps, sort of like dance partners. If he's doing that well, I wonder if you could find other places to back him that would require him to step down a level? We don't have curbs here of course, but something like curbing? A landscape feature, railroad ties? Nancy =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
