[RC] Notched ears - Dolores Arste

I came home from a week away to find two sweet colts in my pasture.
One is an Appaloosa the other a Palomino. We are not from from where the
tornados hit in Mena, AR.

Both of these horses have notched ears. Any ideas on what to do
are welcome.

So far I notified the local Humane Society and the Sheriff. On Monday I'll
call our local vet. And, I'm emailing net posse. They are nice horses. It was late so I only think they are colts because the person taking
care of my horses called them colts.
