[RC] Git R Done - Rusty


Here we are in the Cali desert at Inyokern ready for the Git R Done ride. The wind is wicked! The vet area reminds me of Sanford and Sons TV show: tarps flying, tractors everywhere; giant tires, tarps over mysterious things. Getting through, is shalll I say, terrifying with my young, fit and spooky horse, LOL.

Lots of high profile riders vying for their COCs and a flat trail. This is going to be interesting tomorrow :).

Trail looks like a series of flat Out & Backs across the flat...

We found Merri Melde driving into camp, fresh off the plane from Spain (where the rain falls mostly on the plain). We're having a wonderful reunion with Dr. Pepper, ice @ vino tinto.
