I'm sorry, I used an imprecise term.  When I said "frontrunning" I  
simply meant "the horse in front".  I didn't mean to imply that either  
horse/rider was trying to win.  It could even be the LAST two horses  
in the ride.  And yes, ideally we would all train our horses not to  
care how far back the next horse is... but we don't all pop out of the  
womb owning perfectly trained horses, it's a process.  ;-)  ;-)  ;-)
