[RC] Sheik's horses positive for drugs. - rides2far@xxxxxxxxTwo horses belonging to and ridden by Sheikh Mohammed have tested positive to banned substances during competition. Anybody reading this? Pretty interesting. He caught his own horses when they tested positive in his own drug testing program, turned himself in and took away his placings. Then wife who is FEI Pres removes herself from the case. Does this mean perhaps his employees are trying too hard to win? He didn't try to pass the buck, said he knows he's officially responsible banned himself from competition and launched an investigation. Sounds like a Dick Francis novel...I can imagine the plot where the arch enemy gives the hero's horse a banned substance to cause a positive...
