Re: [RC] Knee pain helped by massage - Kathy MayedaI used to want only deep tissue massages for myself to work on kinks, but I discovered that gentle approaches work too without the "hurts good." I took a cranialsacral therapy course and discovered that it really did help work through the body systems to decontract those muscles. I also took an accupressure course that did the same thing, and I could feel my body actually changing structurally while my instructor was holding points. I'm going through my second childhood discovering all these body things! K.
