Endurance.Net Ridecamp Archives

This is important for those of you coming to the Cuyama XP - you 
should have received your acceptance letter.  If you have entered, 
sent your entry deposit and have NOT received your acceptance letter 
then you need to contact us ASAP!  This is a limited entries ride and 
it's very important that you have the information that you need or 
you won't get past the locked gate.

It is important that riders have received the acceptance letter.  If 
you did get yours, please read it as it contains a lot of important 
information.  This ride is full with a waiting list.  If you are not 
actually entered (if you received the confirmation acceptance letter, 
then you are entered) then you won't be allowed to ride or get into 
camp even if you show up.  So again, it is VERY important to know 
that you received your acceptance letter and if not, get in touch 
with us right away:  ridemanager at xprides.com    There are NO 
EXCEPTIONS - if you have not officially entered then you cannot just 
show up and get in even if there is room because others have been 
turned away and it wouldn't be fair - this happens almost every year 
and the policy is not going to change.

Please also let us know if you need to cancel as there are others who 
would like to get in.
