I'm not sure re: Al Reef - it's an Abu Dhabi Stable but I don't know whose. So the non-authoritative answer is:

Emirates Stables: Shk Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum
Al Aasfa: Shk Hamdan bin Mohammed al Maktoum
Al Reef: ??
Al Wathba: Shk Monsour bin Ziyed al Nayhan
