I'd agree with everything in there except that high fat feeding is beneficial and their choice of "good" oils. After going to great lengths to explain a natural diet is higher in omega-3s (they didn't mention that the omega-3:6 ratio is grass is around 4:1), and that balance is important, they go on to say that two oils with a high 6 relative to 3 are "good"!
