Re: [RC] Ride Manager Keeps Money - Truman PrevattThere is only two questions here that matters. Did the RM in question state in writing that there would be a refund? Did the rider that withdrew meet the requirements stated in writing to receive a refund. If the answer to both are "yes" you have a contract with the ride manager and you are due a refund. The way to deal with this issue is file a protest with the AERC.Riders can be sanctioned - denial of entry - for non payment of fees. I assume the same or similar sanctions would be levied on a ride manager for failing to fulfill the contract of entry.
