[RC] vet ? -mares controlling their heat cycle - Sheila_LarsenCan mares really control their heat cycle to come in and out of heat at will. Meaning you put a horse in a trailer and she comes out of heat. I hear about this type of thing but always discounted it because it seems biologically impossible. Just curious as I have two mares and have never seen this. MMM I can see myself in front of the mare- Giorgi stop ovulating now, now stop stop...... whoa there corpus leuteum.... whoa : ) In my opinion, a horse is the animal to have.
