You both need to lodge a complaint with AERC. I will not go into detail
about the Madeiros' track record, but I am not surprised. If everyone took Matt
to small claims court then maybe Matt would get the message. Hopefully AERC has
the power to suspend him as a ride manager. The other alternative is for all of
us to boycott his ride.
