Before I list the info on this
ranch, I need to say I do not get any money or fees for getting it
rented. I am only looking for more trail folks to move into my
‘hood. OK, that said, a small ranch is for rent in Elfin
Forest. It is completely updated (new kitchen, totally new floors, paint,
etc) with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with huge fireplace, family room. Has a
three or 4 stall barn (can’t remember), room for pastures, arena, turn
outs. The ranch is located on the trail system that connects to the Elfin
Forest Recreational Reserve, Rancho Santa Fe and Olivenhain trail
systems. No need to trailer out to train, no major roads to cross and we
have a year round creek to train in too. You can ride year round!
