Raven, you are in the wrong area for snow. The Intermountain West is the Best!. Lovely, dry snow. Not much of the moist stuff that the North East gets. Low humidity is the key. Beccy in Northern Utah though temporarily in  Moscow, Idaho(Where Steph and John used to live)

merri...what state is this? NV?  and what are the temps?
i..myself...am sticking pins!  haha!  i hate winter.  we had 40 below
zero windchils and 9" of that nasty white stuff this morning!  i'll
ship it all your way...if i could.  ~:]  tonite...windchills again
in the 30-50 below zero range.  one day i want to move to NM or CA.
i really do not like WI.  have fun in the snow you got and stay warm,
