[RC] AERC Release form - Alexa Olney

I have found a small blerb in the Nov 08 issue of EN on pg 4.  It doesn't say 
much.  It says it was part of our member application both on paper and online.  
I don't remember agreeing to the release with my online renewal but I probably 
did (thats my bad, not looking at what I sign). This confused me more than 
helped.  Do we have to send the mailed out version and send it back or not?  I 
am still going to send mine in.  It also didn't answer any of my questions on 
the ride manager side of things. Or to whether or not non members will have to 
sign it.  I did however send out an email to the AERC office so we will see 
what they say. More later.
